Property managers have the capability of previewing resident’s side of RentCafe. This allows them to view the interface as residents see and be able to help residents navigate the website when needed.
To access the Preview Resident Services managers, need to:
- Access RentCafe
- On the left side menu click on Resident Services > Preview Resident Services
- A list of residents will appear, select the resident you wish to preview resident portal interface; you can either navigate the pages, or use search box to find resident.
- You will then be redirected to the resident services page
