Received Documents/Invoices/Mail Correspondences

On-site staff is required to stamp Received on all property documents, property invoices, and/or property mail that has been received in a timely manner. 


If any property related documents and invoices have been received by email, utilize the attached PDF Stamp Function procedure to place a virtual Received stamp showing name, time received, and received date.
